Brownies with Mixed Nuts
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 320°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the butter in a small pot, let cool for about 10 minutes. Whisk the eggs and stir in the butter. Sift together the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and add to mixture. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate chips, pistachios and cranberries and mix briefly. Pour into the pan, smooth and sprinkle with the almonds. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into pieces to serve.
