300 grams Dark chocolate
160 grams butter
4 eggs
300 grams sugar
2 packets Vanilla sugar
200 grams Pastry flour
100 grams cornstarch
200 grams finely chopped Walnut
300 grams powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lukewarm milk
Parchment paper (for the baking sheet)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt the butter over low heat. Add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.

Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Mix the flour and cornstarch. Stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture. Stir in the milk and powdered sugar. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Spread the batter onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into small rectangles. Puree the raspberries, mix with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and pour through a sieve. Serve the brownies dusted with powdered sugar, with a dollop of whipped cream and the raspberry sauce.
