100 grams butter
200 grams Dark chocolate
180 grams cane sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
salt
cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
Cardamom (1/4 tsp)
cloves (1/4 tsp)
cilantro (1/4 tsp)
2 eggs
200 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
100 grams chopped almonds
butter (for the pan)

Preparation steps

1.

Melt butter and add chopped chocolate, stir until chocolate has melted. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and spices. Add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and almonds and mix with chocolate mixture.

Pour batter into buttered baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Cool and cut into serving  pieces. Serve.
