400 grams ripe tomatoes
1 onion
1 sunflower oil
200 grams Ground beef
150 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 dried oregano
2 tsps sweet ground paprika
Tabasco sauce

Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, rinse under cold water until cool, peel, quarter, core and finely dice. Peel the onion and chop.

Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet, sweat the onions until softened, add the ground meat and cook until crumbly. Add the tomatoes, broth, oregano and paprika and season with hot sauce. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Rinse the broccoli, trim and blanch in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain.

Stir the sour cream into the meat sauce. Arrange the broccoli and meat sauce on serving plates. Serve immediately.
