- 4 cloves garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 organic lemon
- Sea salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Rinse bream and pat dry.

Peel garlic and cut into slices.
3.
Cut lemon slices.
4.
Brush an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Season bream inside and out with salt, pepper and basil. Place fish in the oven proof dish. Arrange garlic, lemon slices and rosemary on fish and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve while hot.
