Veal cutlets (each about 120 grams)

Preparation steps

Rinse cutlets and pat dry, flatten with a meat mullet.

Place flour into one shallow bowl, beaten eggs with cream in the second and breadcrumbs in the third.

Season cutlets with salt and pepper and coat with flour.

Dip into egg mixture.

Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently.

Heat oil in a pan and cook cutelts for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown on both sides.
