1 Apple
1 onion
2 sprigs marjoram

Preparation steps

1.

Cut goose fat into small cubes. Peel apple and onion and chop finely. Heat goose fat and a sprig of marjoram in a saucepan over low temperature stirring occasionally. Add apple and onion and stir.

Let simmer for about 10 minutes, then pour through a sieve and season with salt and pepper. Let cool. Spread mixture on each slice of bread and serve garnished with remaining marjoram.
