- 3 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 handful Chervil
- 3 Tbsps butter (softened)
- 2 Tbsps Tahini (sesame seed paste)
- Lemon peel
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 slices Farmhouse bread
- 200 grams Soft cheese (such as Camembert)
- Chervil (for garnish)
Preparation

Toast he sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Remove from the pan and let cool. Rinse the chervil, pat dry and finely chop. Mix 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and the tahini into the butter and season with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Spread onto the bread. Slice the cheese and place on the bread.

Sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds and serve garnished with chervil.
