1 Ciabatta (day-old, about 500 grams)
6 tablespoons olive oil
400 grams Cherries
250 grams white Grape (seedless)
1 handful Basil
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off crust from ciabatta and cut into cubes. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and toast bread cubes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Rinse and pit cherries. Rinse and halve grapes. Combine bread cubes with ftuit and place into bowls.

3.

Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Combine with honey, lemon juice and remaining oil. Puree in a blender. Drizzle the dressing over salad and season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
