Bread Salad with Fruit

Fry the bread in 2-3 tbsp oil until golden and crispy. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix together the bread and the fruit.
Mix together the basil, honey, lemon juice and the remaining oil. Purée well and drizzle over the salad. Serve with a pinch of salt.
