0.333 cup Dark chocolate (chopped)
1 tablespoon Rum
1 tablespoon Walnut liqueur
1 teaspoon instant Coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
3 egg yolks
2 ½ tablespoons Vanilla sugar
cup chilled cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons roasted, ground Walnut

4 Walnut (chocolate-coated)
white Chocolate shaving

Preparation steps

1.
For the mousse, melt the chocolates over a bain-marie with the rum and instant coffee. Remove from the heat.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar over a hot bain-marie until thick and foamy and the sugar has dissolved.
3.
Whip the well-chilled cream until stiff.
4.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the chocolate and stir in with a whisk. Place the whipped cream on top of the chocolate mixture and fold in with the whisk.
5.
Spoon into glasses and chill for at least 2-3 hours. Serve decorated with chocolate-coated walnut halves and chocolate shavings.
