400 grams mixed Ground meat
50 milliliters dry Red wine
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
200 milliliters Beef broth
300 grams pureed tomatoes

1 tablespoon dried oregano
400 grams Linguine
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Peel the onion, garlic and carrot and cut into very small cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion with the garlic until translucent. Add the ground meat and the carrot and cook until crmbly, then deglaze with the red wine. Stir in the tomato paste, broth and tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for about 45 minutes over medium heat.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and mix with half the Parmesan and the Bolognese Sauce. Season again with salt and pepper, arrange on warmed plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining Parmesan.
