Preparation steps

Rinse the blueberries and pat dry with paper towel. Break the ladyfingers into smaller pieces.

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the mascarpone. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gently fold the egg whites into the cream. Layer the ladyfingers, cream and blueberries in glasses. Serve immediately.
