1 teaspoon Cognac
2 tablespoons butter

Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry and roll out on a floured surface into a 30 x 60 cm rectangle. Cut out two circles from the pastry, one the size of the pie dish and one slightly larger.

Grease the pie dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lightly press the larger dough circle into the dish, forming an edge.

Blend the blueberries, vanilla syrup, butter and sugar. Mix the blueberry puree with the cornstarch, egg yolks and cream cheese. Stir in the cognac and grated chocolate. Sprinkle the dough with almonds and spread the blueberry mixture on top. Cut out small circles on the second layer of dough and lay the dough on top of the pie, pressing the edge. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220°C (approximately 425°F). Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
