- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 50 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams acidic cream
- 250 grams Blueberries
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Place 12 paper cases into the wells of a muffin baking tray.

Mix the flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and cool a little bit (but is still liquid). Mix the egg, honey, yogurt and sour cream. Stir in the melted butter. Add the flour. Fold in the blueberries. Pour the dough into the paper cases. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and keep in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
