120 grams cane sugar

250 grams Pastry flour
2 ½ tsps Baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 grams Blueberries
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
Muffin tin

Preparation steps

Rinse the blueberries, pat dry and mix with 2 tablespoons of flour.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture and yogurt into the butter mixture. Fold in the floured blueberries.

Grease the muffin tin with butter. Pour in the batter. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
