150 grams Blueberries
2 egg yolks
1 egg
4 centiliters Whiskey
150 grams Mascarpone
150 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Add milk with sugar in a pot, bring to a boil, add cardamom and slit vanilla pod. Remove milk mixture from the heat and leave for about 10 minutes.

Rinse blueberries, trim and pat dry.

Whisk egg yolks and egg in a bowl and pour vanilla cardamom milk through a sieve into egg mixture and whisk over a hot water bath until creamy. Remove from the heat and stir in whiskey. Stir cream until cold (possibly over cold water bath). Fold in mascarpone. Beat mixture until stiff and fold in blueberries.

Pour blueberry mixture into a shallow metal tray and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring regularly

To serve, scoop blueberry ice cream and arrange in bowls.
