2 eggs
400 grams Blueberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Blueberry liqueur
200 milliliters Whipped cream
50 grams dried Blueberries

Preparation steps

Mix yogurt with 250 grams (approximately 8 ounces) sugar and coconut liqueur in a bowl until smooth. Separate eggs (set aside yolks for other use). Beat egg whites in a bowl until stiff, fold egg whites into yogurt mixture and pour into a shallow metal bowl. Let rest for 3 hours in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes.

Meanwhile puree blueberries with remaining sugar, lemon juice and blueberry liqueur in blender. Whip cream until stiff in a bowl and fold into blueberry mixture.

Remove frozen yogurt from the freezer and stir with blueberry mixture. Freeze for another 2 hours. Meanwhile chop dried blueberries. After 1 hour of freezing time stir frozen yogurt once and mix in dried blueberries. Serve in small bowls.
