Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the berries. Bring the berries and half of the sugar to a boil in a pot. Add the remaining sugar, stir until combined, and continue to cook for 10 seconds. 

2.

Mix in the cider to the berry mixture and stir until combined. Fill the prepared screw-top jars to the brim with the hot jam. Seal tightly and cool completely.
