Mix flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and add the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir with the electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes.
Combine dried coconut, espresso and blueberries, then fold into the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake on the middle rack at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Remove. Let it sit in the pan for 15 more minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
