Blueberry and Orange Liqueur Jam
This is a great way to use any fresh blueberries you may have before they go bad. If you can and it properly, this jam can last for months, allowing you to enjoy blueberry flavor way past the summer.
Spread this on toast, pancakes, ice cream, yogurt, etc.
Rinse the blueberries. Add to a saucepan with the jam sugar, lemon juice, and liqueur. Mix well, and let marinate for 1 hour.
Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Skim any foam that may rise to the surface. Remove from the heat, and fill the jam immediately into prepared glasses. Seal tightly and cool completely.
