Blueberry and Chocolate Chip Sheet Cake
Preheat oven to 180°C convection (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy. Gradually beat in eggs. Add flour and salt and mix until combined. Fold in almonds, dried blueberries, and chocolate chips and spread dough evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake until top is golden-brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Break into pieces to serve.
