Blood Orange Drink
Halve the blood orange and squeeze the juice. Whisk together the kefir, milk, and orange blossom honey until thoroughly combined. Season the kefir mixture to taste.
Rinse the mint, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. Toast the buckwheat flakes in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Pour the kefir mixture into a tall glass. Carefully pour the blood orange juice down one side of the glass. Stir slightly, so that a marble pattern forms in the glass. Garnish the glass with the buckwheat flakes and the mint, then serve.
