Preparation steps

For the batter: place flour in a bowl and sprinkle with dry yeast.

Whisk milk, egg and season with salt. Add to flour and whisk well. Cover batter and let stand for about 1 hour in warm place.

The oven on to 100 ° C (top and bottom heat) for keeping warm.

Heat butter in a pan. With a tablespoon, place batter into the pan and make small pancakes, few at a time, until golden brown on both sides. Keep warm in preheated oven at 100°C (approximately 200°F).
