150 grams Quark (drained)
100 grams sugar
50 milliliters milk
50 milliliters vegetable oil
1 packet Baking powder
300 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

For the dough, mix the quark, sugar, milk and oil until smooth. Mix with the baking powder and flour and knead into a smooth dough. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Pour the dough onto the sheet and flatten.

For the filling, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Fold in the sour cream, lemon zest and lemon juice. Spread the cream on the dough. Rinse the blackberries and pat dry. Sprinkle the blackberries on the tart and bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
