1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla
24 ozs cold nonfat milk
4 Tbsps Greek yogurt
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
3 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pick over blackberries, then pat dry with paper towels. Set aside a few berries for garnish, if desired.

2.

Combine remaining blackberries with lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in a blender. Add milk, yogurt and ice cream. Blend until smooth.

3.

Whip cream and remaining vanilla until stiff. Transfer whipped cream to a squeeze bottle or pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Divide milkshake among glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with reserved blackberries.
