- 400 grams Blackberry
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 800 milliliters cold milk
- 50 grams Quark
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Rinse the blackberries and pat dry. Transfer to a blender and purée with the lemon juice and honey. Add the milk, quark and ice cream and mix until creamy.

Pour into serving glasses. Serve with straws, if desired.
