50 grams ground almonds

75 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
50 grams butter
60 milliliters Whipped cream
500 grams Blackberry
2 tablespoons cornstarch
softened butter (for the mold)
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps

Mix the flour with the almonds, baking powder, 50 grams of sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the butter in pieces, and work with your fingers until a crumb like consistency is reached. Add the cream in batches until a slightly sticky dough is formed.

Preheat a convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse, trim, and dry the blackberries. Mix with the cornstarch, and transfer to a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide the dough into pieces, and use to top the blackberry mixture. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
