1 cup Wild rice (well rinsed)
1 tsp salt
2 tsps Dijon mustard
3 Tbsps Rice syrup
2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp Sea salt
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 cup canned cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the wild rice and salt in a pan and cover with water. bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan. Simmer for 35-45 minutes until tender. Drain well.
2.
Mix together the mustard, syrup, oil, vinegar, sea salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Mix into the warm rice with the beans and chill for 1 hour before serving.
