Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

For the bisuit: separate eggs. Beat egg whites with salt and about 1/3 of sugar until stiff. Whisk egg yolks with remaining sugar until pale creamy. Fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture. Heat jelly with rum until it becomes liquid. Unroll biscuit and brush with jelly. Spread with apples, leaving some margins free and roll up.

Rinse blueberries and pat dry. Cut roulade into pieces and serve garnished with blueberries.
