¼ cup Grand Marnier
¼ cup Orange juice
2 cups Biscotti (broken into large pieces)
1 ¾ cups Mascarpone
3 egg yolks
1 ¾ cups whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
1 cup fresh, segmented Oranges
½ cup Almond brittle (broken into small pieces)

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the Grand Marnier with the orange juice and pour over the broken biscotti pieces. Set aside.
2.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and egg yolks with an electric mixer on the lowest speed.

In another bowl, whisk the cream and sugar together until smooth. Add in the mascarpone and egg mixture and mix until well incorporated and thickened. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4.
In an individual serving glass, place a few pieces of biscotti. On top of the biscotti, layer a portion of the cream mixture, orange segments, more biscotti and end with another layer of cream.
5.
Repeat process for the remaining ingredients. Garnish with almond brittle to serve.
