- 300 grams mixed, fresh Berry (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- For the cream
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 350 grams Quark
- 150 grams Natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoons elderflower syrup
Rinse and clean the berries (except the raspberries) and cut into small pieces if nececessary. Mix with the lemon juice and honey, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix with the quark, yogurt, and syrup. Add the cookies to a freezer bag and crumble with a rolling pin. Layer the crumbs, cream, and fruit in jars. Finish with a layer of the fruit. Garnish with the daisy, if you wish.
