250 grams peeled Rhubarb
500 grams Strawberries
liter white wine
1 kilogram jam sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rhubarb, cut into pieces, and cook for a few minutes in wine. Rinse and clean strawberrie and currants, clean both berries from stems and stalks. Mash with a fork, add to rhubarb mixture. Add half of sugar. Mix well.

Bring to a boil, stirring, add remaining sugar and cook for about 10 seconds more. Pour into prepared preserving jars, seal well. Turn jars upside down and let jam cool. Return jars to normal position and serve as needed.
