Nutritional values

With non-alcoholic sparkling wine, the punch stays in the green zone in terms of percentages, and also in terms of calories, it is a pleasure without regrets. The berries not only give the drink a great taste and beautiful appearance, but also bring a lot of substances into play that protect our cells.

If you want a punch completely without alcohol, simply leave out the orange liqueur or replace it with syrup.

1 Cutting board, 1 Bowl, 2 ice-cube trays, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Punch bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Fork, 1 Paper towel, 1 Small knife

Preparation steps

Berry Punch preparation step 1

Pick over the berries and rinse gently in a bowl, pat dry, and set aside about 3-1/2 ounces of mixed berries.

Berry Punch preparation step 2

Spread remaining berries in 2 ice cube trays and top up with some mineral water. Chill the rest of the mineral water. Put ice cube trays in the freezer and freeze for about 2 hours.

Berry Punch preparation step 3

Meanwhile, cut lime in half, squeeze juice and add to a punch bowl.

Berry Punch preparation step 4

Put the reserved berries in the punch bowl. Sprinkle in powdered sugar and drizzle with liqueur.

Berry Punch preparation step 5

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Set some aside for garnishing. Chop the remaining fine, add to the berries and let mixture rest about 40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Berry Punch preparation step 6

Pour remaining mineral water and tonic water over the berries. Pour in the chilled sparkling wine.

Berry Punch preparation step 7

Carefully loosen the berry ice cubes from the ice cube trays and add to the bowl. Garnish with lemon balm leaves and serve immediately.
