For the ice cream
200 grams Cherry Yogurt
200 grams mixed Berry
100 grams Whipped cream
powdered sugar (to taste)
For the sauce
150 milliliters Natural yogurt
50 milliliters milk
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (to taste)
2 tablespoons Lime juice

Preparation steps

For the berry ice cream, coarsely puree the berries and stir in the yogurt. Sweeten with powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze until creamy. If there is no ice machine at hand, pour mixture into a bowl and freeze. Once the ice cream begins to solidify, stir vigorously with a fork so that the ice crystals are as fine as possible. Repeat the stirring several times until the ice cream has the desired consistency.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the milk, lime juice and the powdered sugar. Puree in a blender.

To serve, pour some sauce onto 4 plates. Scoop four spoonfuls of the ice cream and set on the plate on top of the sauce. If desired, create a face using red currants as the tail, two blackcurrants as the eyes and 2 strawberries as the ears. Serve immediately.
