2 ¼ cups low-fat Vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk
¼ cup caster sugar
2 cups Raspberries

Preparation steps

1.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the yoghurt, milk and sugar, until the sugar has dissolved.
2.
Blitz the raspberries in a food processor until smooth. Pass the puree through a sieve and collect in a bowl underneath.
3.
Fold the puree into the yoghurt mixture until smooth. Churn in an ice cream machine until soft and thickened.
4.
Freeze until needed or serve immediately in bowls, garnished with a few raspberries.
