2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
½ cup caster sugar
0.333 cup butter (melted)
cup milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup Blueberries

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease 10 muffin tins.
2.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and stir in the sugar.
3.
Whisk together the butter, milk and eggs until blended.
4.
Add the milk mixture to the flour and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
5.
Spoon into the tins and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and springy to the touch. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
