Berry Chia Pudding with Yogurt

- 14 ozs Strawberries
- 14 ozs Greek yogurt
- 2 tsps Chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 ozs red Currants
- 4 Tbsps plain Yogurt
Clean and wash strawberries. Puree about 6 ounce of them and mix with cottage cheese, chia seeds, and honey. Leave to swell in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. After that stir.
Meanwhile, slice remaining strawberries, set some aside. Wash currants and pluck from the panicles.
Line 4 glass bowls with strawberry slices and fill with pudding. Drizzle with yogurt and garnish with strawberry slices and currants set aside.
