Preparation steps

For the dough: dissolve yeast in milk with some sugar. Combine flour, sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Knead dough and cover. Let rise for about 1 hour in warm oven. Roll out dough on a floured surface in rectangular shape.

Place dough on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet and spread evenly, making an edge all around. For the topping: rinse raspberries and drain well. Sprinkle dough with breadcrumbs. Top dough with well-drained raspberries and chocolate pieces, sprinkle with sugar.

For the crumble: combine flour, chocolate and sugar with melted butter, crumble with your fingers. Spread crumble over fruit. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) on middle rack for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
