200 grams fresh Currants
4 tablespoons slivered almonds
100 grams Pastry flour
70 grams butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
200 grams Mascarpone
2 teaspoons raspberry Brandy
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Gently rinse raspberries and currants and drain well. Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). For the crumble, mix flour, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and knead until crumbly. Scatter crumble mixture and slivered almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown, 5-10 minutes. Remove crumble from oven and let cool.

Mix mascarpone, raspberry liqueur and powdered sugar until smooth. Spoon berries into four bowls, top with a large dollop of mascarpone and sprinkle with plenty of almond crumble to serve.
