- 500 grams Beets
- 500 grams Pear
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 4 tsps Sour cream
- 1 handful Radish sprout
Preparation

Rinse and peel the beets. Coarsely chop, and process through a juicer. Peel the pear, remove the cores, and juice also. Mix together the juices, and add the lemon juice and grape seed oil. Divide into four glasses, and mix 1 teaspoon of sour cream into each glass. Rinse and dry the sprouts, place on top of the smoothies, and serve immediately.
