4Hamburger bun
400 gramsGround beef
1Shallots
4 slicesProcessed cheese
2Tomatoes
4 leavesLettuce
2Pickled cucumber
4 tablespoonsMayonnaise
4 tablespoonsVegetable oil
1 teaspoonMustard
1 pinchdried Marjoram
Salt
freshly ground pepper

Directions

1 Peel the shallot and chop finely. Mix the ground beef with shallot, mustard and marjoram, and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 patties from the beef mixture and fry in hot oil from both sides, each about 2-3 minutes. 
2 Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and cut into slices.
3 Rinse the lettuce and drain.
4 Cut the dill pickle into slices.
5 Cut each hamburger bun in half and heat up shortly in a pan. Spread each lower half of bun with mayonnaise and place lettuce and tomato over it. Put the fried patty over, and top with cheese and cucumber slices. Place the upper bun halves on top and serve.
