Ground clove (1/2 teaspoon)
Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
softened Butter (for greasing)

Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Preparation steps

1.

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in flour, nuts and spices. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.

Grease bear paw ramekins with butter. Press a thin layer of dough into each ramekin and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, then remove from ramekins and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Whisk about 1 teaspoon water and powdered sugar until smooth. Put into a freezer bag, cut off a tiny corner and decorate bear paws, as desired. Let dry completely, then serve.
