Preparation steps

1.
To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

Soak the noodles in boiling water until cooked and combine with the cabbage and spring onions.
3.
Prepare the barbecue to your liking. Place the salmon, skin-side down, on a piece of oiled foil. Baste with the teriyaki and sweet chilli sauce and top with the limes. Grill according to your preference.
4.
To serve, place the cooked salmon on a plate, surrounded with the noodle and cabbage mixture and drizzled with the dressing.
