600 grams coarse Bologna sausage (such as Regensburger)
125 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
1 teaspoon sharp Mustard
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground white peppers
3 tablespoons Corn oil
1 red onion
2 tablespoons scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the casings from the sausages, thinly slice and place in a dish.

2.

Mix the lukewarm broth, mustard and vinegar and season with salt and pepper, stir in the oil and pour over the sausage. Mix well and let soak for at least 1 hour.

3.

Peel the onion, cut into rings and toss with the chives, sausages and dressing. Season again and garnish as desired with a lettuce leaf.

4.

Serve these with pretzels and beer.
