Bavarian Sausage Salad
Remove sausage skin and cut sausage into thin slices. Place into a bowl.
Whisk broth, mustard, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper, pour dressing over sausage. Let stand for at least 2 hours.
Peel onion and cut into rings. Add to salad and season to taste. Garnish salad with chives. Serve.
