Bavarian Sausage Salad
Remove sausage skin, cut sausage into slices and place into a bowl.
Whisk lukewarm broth, mustard, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over sausage adn let stand for at least 2 hours.
Peel onion and cut into rings, add to the sausage salad and season to taste. Garnish with chives and serve.
