Bavarian Cream Cheese Spread
Beat the butter until creamy. Add the camembert and finely mash with a fork. Blend in the wheat beer and the cream cheese. Mix in the paprika, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the spread to plates, and garnish with caraway seeds and some paprika.
Peel the onion and cut into rings. Place around the cheese spread. Garnish with chives, and serve with the pretzels.
