Bavarian Cheese Spread
Beat the butter until fluffy. Peel and finely dice the onion. Add the camembert to a bowl and mash finely with a fork. Mix in the butter and diced onions. Add the paprika, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and caraway seed. Mix with enough wheat beer until the mixture is creamy.
Shape the spread into balls, if you'd like. Serve the spread with onion rings andpretzels. Garnish with the chives and serve.
