Basic Blueberry Muffins
Rinse the blueberries, dry well and coat with the 2 tablespoons of flour.
Cream the butter with sugar fluffy, add the egg and stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and yogurt. Stir only until the dry ingredients are moist, then stir in the floured blueberries.
Grease the muffin tin with butter, pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven (200°C, approximately 390°F) for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
